Teysha!

Mamie Ruth has been on the road traveling to some amazing places, including Guatemala, where our one line of our favorite footwear, Teysha boots, are produced. Lucky for you, you don’t have to hop on a plane to Guatemala to buy your Teysha shoes, you just have to jump on over to Austin, Texas to the Teysha store.

We met the owner of Teysha boots last summer at Bonnaroo and we were neighbor vendors at the festival. We love getting to know globally minded companies that help keep the art form of apparel, accessory, and shoe making alive; which is exactly what Teysha is doing. Teysha is a free-spirited, globetrotting brand that creates custom shoes and accessories with the help of Guatemalan artisans. Focusing on customizable boots, sandals, and blouses, Teysha creates the perfect accessories to pull your Mamie Ruth outfit together.

Teysha boots support third generation shoemakers by paying them a fair wage and returning a portion of the profits to rainforest preservation and food security, which alleviates poverty and sustains the ecosystem.

Mamie threads are always made in the U.S.A., but hey, we always welcome a little Guatemalan flair, so shop Teysha in Austin or online at http://www.teysha.is

XOXO- Devin
